The intro offer consist of 1 virtual meet & greet and 5 training sessions starting at $214 The virtual meet and greet is a perfect way to introduce ourselves and find out things like goals, likes, dislikes and anything else related to the state of your current fitness. The main goal is to start building your personalized workout plan so when you come in for your first workout we can take measurements, do a few fitness test and from there we are off and running. With the introduction offer there is a 15 days expiration after your first visit.
